Quality & Testing
4How do you test your products before shipment?
Products are all tested by corresponding performance testing equipment. Self-developed products will be installed in vehicles for real-world testing.
What if the product I received does not work?
Please be assured that we will be fully responsible for product problems caused by our side. Please provide photos or videos showing the quality issue so we can identify the exact problem and improve in the future.
What will you do for quality complaints?
We respond within 24 hours and provide a proper solution within 2 days. We attach great importance to both sales and after-sales service.
How long does the warranty run?
For quality problems, the warranty is normally 1-2 years.

3What is your sample policy?
We supply samples, but sample fees and freight charges should be borne by the customer.
What is the payment term?
Generally, a 30% deposit in advance and 70% payment before shipment. Payment can be made by T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, or Cash.
What is the shipping method?
It depends on your order. Normally it can be shipped by sea, air, or express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, etc.). Please confirm with us before placing orders. We can also deliver auto parts directly to your destination.
